The NCPeH CY Service Desk supporting the problem and incident management is based on the ΟpenSupports ticketing system. OpenSupports is an open source ticket system that provides better management of users inquiries. Users can send tickets through OpenSupports and the ICT service desk team can handle them appropriately.
